By purchasing and using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase our products.

2. Digital Products These Terms apply to all digital products sold on our website and third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

Our products are delivered as PDF or .ZIP files. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue products at any time.

3. Payment and Delivery

  • Payment: All payments are processed securely through our sales platform, Lemon Squeezy, which utilizes Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

  • Delivery: Upon successful completion of your payment, a secure link to download your purchased digital product(s) will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please ensure your email is correct to avoid delivery delays. If you do not receive the email within a reasonable time, please contact us at the email listed in Section 1.

4. Refund Policy All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of our products.

The only exception to this policy is for an accidental duplicate purchase. If you purchase the same product more than once by mistake, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase. A refund will be considered only if the duplicate orders were made using the exact same name and email address.

5. Intellectual Property and Usage License

  • Ownership: All digital products, including all text, graphics, templates, and content, are the intellectual property of BLK Products LLC. Your purchase grants you a limited license, not a transfer of ownership.

  • Grant of License: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the product for your own personal use. This means the product is for one person only.

  • Permitted Use: You are permitted to use the "fill-in-the-blank" sections of our templates for your personal or internal business planning. You may share these completed sections as necessary for your business operations (e.g., sending a completed marketing brief to an agency).

  • Prohibited Actions: You are strictly prohibited from:

    • Reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing the product in any form, whether for free or for profit.

    • Sharing the digital files or download links with any third party.

    • Modifying, editing, or creating derivative works from the product and claiming it as your own.

    • Using any part of our content, text, or design to create your own competing products.

    • Using our content, in part or in whole, to train artificial intelligence (AI) models or for any machine learning purposes.

Violation of these terms may result in the immediate revocation of your license and may subject you to legal action.
